Hope this helps others who have been frustrated with the various realtone cable errors. To me it would be really dumb to not just release a small. Its not like the game itself is broken-its just confused about the input.

It wouldnt break the bank to get the remastered version, but does anyone know if its. I know nothing, but this seems like it should be a relatively minor fix from Ubisofts end-they need to update their code to make sure Rocksmith picks the Real Tone Cable over the Continuity Camera somehow. Every time I look up what to install remastered 2014 always comes up and idk if that would help. However, Ive come back to Rocksmith again and the NCL app no longer seems to work. In my case I was using my audio interface, and it was working fine. In order to run Rocksmith 2014 properly, you must meet or exceed these minimum requirements. It allows you to play Rocksmith using devices other than the Real Tone Cable. Please be aware that you can find the latest updated Configuration and FAQ for Rocksmith 2014 in the PDF located on your HDD. I use an interface and I was hoping that would work. Greetings all, Some time ago I downloaded a tool called NoCableLauncher. No more error 10 / driver error / hocksmit error or any other crazy error i would get. No Cable (2012) I just got Rocksmith 2012 because I wanted to play the Strokes pack but I dont have a cable.

I'm going to hook my amp up to it VIA monitor ports on the back later and see how that works out.Īs far as the sound is concerned, it seemed much better than the realtone cable, there was zero lag and it was considerably more comfortable to play with a guitar cable of realistic length.īOTTOM LINE: I should have done this a long time ago and would highly recommend switching over. Everything else regarding setup was as per the video.įor audio I used a Livewire 1/4" male / 3.5mm female headphones adapter and some external speakers connected to the headphones output on the Solo. Ive checked volume knobs and all that stuff. The cable is detected but, theres no sound from the guitar. Suddenly a couple of days ago, I encountered this problem, and havent been able to get it to work since. (I would def get these drivers first) once I did this it fixed the aforementioned error. Ive been using Rocksmith for a month or so with few issues. I figured the drivers would auto install and that wasn't the case. One thing that wasn't mentioned in the video was the fact that you have to download the drivers for the Focusrite Scarlett solo from the Focusrite website. NO AUDIO DEVICE IS DETECTED PLEASE CONNECT AND ENABLE AN AUDIO OUTPUT DEVICE THEN START ROCKSMITH. Initially I was getting an error that said. VICTORY IS MINE!! I got the Focusrite Scarlett solo gen 3, got it home and went through the process of getting everything setup.
